We implement technical and organizational security measures in accordance with legal industry standards: encrypted communications, restricted access to files, two-factor authentication, regular backups, and staff training in data protection.
5. Data Retention
We retain your files for the duration necessary to provide our services and in accordance with the legal obligations of the Quebec Bar (minimum 10 years after the end of the attorney-client relationship). After this period, documents are securely destroyed.
